A rare neurological disorder, Moebius Syndrome, affects the muscles in his face. But a surgery when he turns 5 could help with smiling, eating, and drinking. For now, they are focused on raising awareness and fundraising for their son. What an adorable little doll he is. I hope all goes well, and he is able to smile like crazy. But even if the surgery doesn't help, it's very apparent that he's a very happy little guy.
